Ingredients:

1 medium-sized cabbage, cut into pieces

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder (optional)

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper (optional)

Oil for frying

Instructions:

Prepare the cabbage: Wash the cut cabbage thoroughly and drain until dry.

Mix the seasonings: Sprinkle the chopped garlic, salt, and chicken stock powder (if desired) onto the drained cabbage, and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to soak in.

Heat the oil: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Make sure there’s enough oil to fully submerge the cabbage pieces while frying.

Fry the cabbage: Add the cabbage pieces into the hot oil in small batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain.

Serve: Your crispy fried cabbage is ready to serve. Enjoy it as a snack or as a side dish for fried chicken or rice.
